Occasionally we identify a problem with a client’s equipment as part of our service provision. This might be as part of an advisory support, or a one-off service, where we have identified a capability or capacity gap whereby a new piece of equipment will empower our clients to better deliver their core product or service. We can source any calibration or measurement equipment, from simple gauges to a complex measurement system. Repairing or Replacing Equipment

This also includes the repair or replacement of customers’ existing calibration and measurement equipment when it has been identified that the current equipment is not fit for purpose. We explore the options of how the equipment could be repaired and the associated cost, as well as the cost of total replacement. 

We communicate this to the customer as soon as possible to minimise equipment downtime. Once we get the authorisation on a repair or replacement activity, our customer service team look after the entire process and provide a delivery date of the returned calibrated equipment, so you know when core activities can resume.
